February 2018 USA Houses Housing Market Update
USA houses, condos, town homes and other residential properties in various markets are already at their all time highs. Some cities like Vallejo California are nearing those peaks but haven't quite reached them yet. Vallejo was at the #1 hottest real estate market list close to half of the past two years according to Realtor dotcom's magazine and website. In the San Francisco Bay Area, many cities are already passed their 2006-2008 peaks. While the supply is low prices have continued to rise in Northern California much like many parts of America. Interest rates have been climbing but so have incomes and President Trump has passed some laws that are benefitting many. Their income taxes have been adjusted and they've been allowed to get larger refunds so that they can stimulate the economy, and that could put a spike in the number of people who have the ability now to purchase homes because they can now afford the cost associated with down payment and closing costs required
