Watch out for deceptive Real Estate Companies and tactics. I've been in the Real Estate business for several years now and I've seen far too many seminars teaching people crazy things and scams going on it's unbelievable. I highly recommend you talk with a licensed Real Estate Broker when dealing with important property transactions. They usually have the most at stake and are committed to doing business the right way. Licensed agents are great too, yet make sure you also talk with someone who has gone the extra mile to make sure you are the first priority. Use extreme caution when dealing with any property owner in this day and age. Make sure you are represented by a Professional and not a con-artist.
